Aamir stated earlier this year that he intended to distribute the movie on the OTT platform with a 6-month interval. But eight weeks after its theatrical debut, the movie was made available on Netflix.

An Indian version of the Forrest Gump movie starring Tom Hanks is titled Laal Singh Chaddha. The movie was helmed by Advait Chandan.

Alec Baldwin and the family of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins have reached an agreement on her death, with Rust filming poised to restart

 

Alec Baldwin and the Rust production company have struck an agreement with the family of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer who was killed during the shooting.

Following the arrangement, Rust will start filming in January 2023, with Ms. Hutchins' husband Matthew executive producing, according to a statement.

The cinematographer died in October 2021 when a pretend pistol carried by Baldwin was discharged during rehearsals for the western picture in New Mexico, and her family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the star and others involved in the project earlier this year.

Baldwin is both a producer and a star in the film.

Mr. Hutchins stated that a settlement had been reached, subject to court approval and that the civil matter will be dropped as part of the accord.

"The filming of Rust, which I will now executive produce, will restart in January 2023 with all of the original major performers on board," he stated. "I have no desire to engage in recriminations or assign blame" (to the producers or Mr. Baldwin).

"We all feel Halyna's death was a tragic accident." I am pleased that the producers and the entertainment industry have banded together to honor Halyna's final effort."

There has been no more information provided concerning the settlement.

Baldwin's attorney, Quinn Emanuel's Luke Nikas, stated: "Throughout this tough process, everyone has remained focused on doing what is right for Halyna's baby. We are grateful to everyone who helped us resolve this unfortunate and painful circumstance."

Despite the passage of nearly a year, no charges have been brought in connection with the incident.

Baldwin described the events leading up to the disaster in an on-camera interview a few weeks later. He claimed he was handed the revolver and told "this is a cold gun," which means it was either empty or loaded with simulated shots.

The continuing inquiry and legal action

According to the study, the film's production firm "knew that firearm safety measures were not being followed on set" and "demonstrated apparent disregard to employee safety."

Following a six-month inquiry by the state's environment department, Rust Movie Productions was fined $136,793 (£104,810), the highest authorized by state law in New Mexico.

An artist from the UK eventually realised his boyhood fantasy after doodling his entire home.

Sam Cox, often known as Mr. Doodle, revealed to the BBC that the masterpiece he currently resides in took him nearly three years to complete.

His entire home is covered in drawings, from the bedroom to the kitchen. In creating his one-of-a-kind artwork, he is not alone. Alena, his wife and fellow artist, provides full support for Cox and adds colour to his sketches.

For the job, Cox claimed to have used more than 900 litres of white paint and more than 400 bottles of black spray paint. The illustrations took at least 2,296 pen nibs to finish.
